Are you ready for October? Bunkum, also known as Bunky, is absolutely thrilled to enjoy some fall walks with new friends and family! This sweet girl is currently available at the shelter for adoption or fostering. She’s a Belgian Malinois/Terrier mix with a beautiful brindle coat. She is already spayed and up-to-date with her shots.
Bunky is a friendly pup and LOVES people. Best of all, she is terrific with kids! She has spent the last couple of months in a household with a little boy and she adored him! Bunky loves to snuggle and give kisses, so get ready for a wet one! She is very playful and gets along great with other dogs as well. Basically, she makes friends wherever she goes!
This sweet girl has a lot energy, so she would love to have an active family who can take her on walks and play with her. Bunky is great on a leash! She enjoys chasing birds and squirrels, so a home with a taller fence that is not chain-linked would be best. She’s a smart girl and can be easily trained with the right motivation. Bunky loves treats, so that’s a great start! Her favorite is peanut butter in a Kong. She’s already house-trained and knows basic commands like sit and stay.
