Hodor hodor hodor hodor! This is Hodor!

Hodor 2

Who wouldn’t want this piece of cinematic magic in their home?!  Hodor steals his name from the show Game of Thrones.  It’s only fitting that he loves watching the show with his foster family.

Hodor is a large boy weighing in around 60 lbs. But he is 60 pounds of love. He does well with other dogs, seems interested in cats, and is great with adults and children (although we always recommend proper supervision when a dog first comes into a house with small children). He is very welcoming and friendly when he meets new people. He is a very chill guy who quite enjoys spending lots of the day and night sleeping and napping.

Hodor 3When not relaxing, Hodor can be playful and loves chew toys. We would advise against leaving your new favorite shoes out since he still has some puppy tendencies. He might even make you play hide and seek around the house if you leave something lying within his reach!

Hodor 4Hodor is both crate and house trained. He really loves the crate – it’s where he sleeps, naps, and eats. He stays in his crate while his fosters are out of the house and doesn’t mind. Hodor is partially hearing impaired; he can hear certain loud noises, but will not hear you say his name or a command so he is learning sign language! And he is a quick learner.

Hodor would love a home with a fenced in yard where he can lay in the sun and nap or walk and sniff around. He just can’t wait to give you his love and maybe fall asleep while you cuddle on the couch.
